Per Se Technologies is the billing company used by ACS.  For all billing questions, please contact the Customer Service Department at 504-588-1571 or you can view your bill online at peryourhealth.com. (your account number and password will be found on your monthly statement).

Please note:   ACS anesthesia providers are not employed by the hospital.  You will receive a separate bill from ACS for any anesthesia services not covered by your insurance carrier.
